"Not a lot to pick from"
I thought there’d be way more options but looking around it felt kinda limited. A lot of the stuff looked almost the same, and I couldn’t find some of the basic things I needed. It’s probably alright if you’re just after the usual stuff, but for me the choice was too small.

I ordered some side panels for my shelter, and the clips didn’t line up quite perfectly. Maybe I was just in a hurry when I was putting them on, but it took some fiddling to get everything to work. They’re usable now, just a little annoying to deal with at first.

Checkout was straightforward, and I was happy to see they had the payment option I wanted. Everything went through without any issues. It did take me a minute to find the invoice details, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

I found what I needed quickly, and I kind of regret wasting time on other sites first. The menus made sense, the product pages had enough info without feeling cluttered, and checkout was straightforward with no weird extra steps. Overall, it was just easy to use and didn’t waste my time.

The cover looks fine once it’s finally up, but putting it together was more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few steps felt like they assumed I should just magically know what to do, which made me feel a bit talked down to. I ended up needing another person to help figure parts of it out. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as easy or straightforward as I was hoping

It was fine, I guess, but... yeah, not really what I thought I was getting. The photos made it look a lot sturdier and more finished, and in person it just felt cheaper somehow. Not terrible, just kind of disappointing, especially after waiting for it to show up

I was irritated that my old greenhouse needed spare parts at all, because it felt like something that shouldn’t have been such a hassle in the first place. But to be fair, I found what I needed on the site quickly, the order showed up fine, and it saved me from having to buy a whole new greenhouse

I ordered a party tent after I checked the site and it says it was in stock. I was a bit unsure at first because other shops had showed wrong stock before, but this one actually is correct.
I got the dispatch email after a couple days and the delivery comes when expected. It wasn’t super fast, but not a big issue. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Measurements were spot on"
I ordered from dancovershop.com i kind of assumed the sizing might be a bit off like it often is online. But the measurements on the site were actually spot on. It fit the space exactly how I’d hoped, with no weird surprises when it showed up. Really happy with it, definitely made the whole ordering process feel way less stressful.

It showed up really well packed, which I was relieved to see because I was kind of expecting at least one dinged corner. But nope, the corners were protected nicely and everything looked good when I opened it. Happy with it overall.

I bought this storage tent last year, and it’s still in great shape after plenty of wind and rain. The poles feel sturdy, and the cover has held up just fine so far. I’d definitely recommend it if you need a simple, reliable storage option.

"Postage charge for small replacement part is ridiculous"

I can not believe the stance of Dancover with regards a small item which would fit in a small jiffy pack (item being aprox 5 cm square - if you wish to check out the spare part it is “lock fitting for leg” part number SP13509201 )
Item itself £27.60 postage £49.65 .....
I will not be buying any further products off this company, for the record their reply:
"Due to Brexit, there are additional charges, and this is the lowest price that the transport company provides us."

Need to offer delivery rate for small items instead of their freight rate which obviously covers the larger items, but they won’t
